Background:

Pirate Blue was a mob leader who came into conflict with the Black Hood. In fact, it was one of her lieutenants (Giles “Hit” Coffee) that murdered the Wayne Simondson Black Hood, resulting in the mantle being passed on to Giles Coffee and Nathan Cray. Pirate Blue’s past is a complete mystery, as is the reason behind her fascination with pirates and nautical themes. She inspires loyalty in her minions and has displayed a clever criminal intellect.
