Background

 Duke Thomas is a vigilante superhero operating out of Gotham City. Duke is a Metahuman and the son of social worker Elaine Thomas and the supervillain Gnomon. Duke began his career on the streets of Gotham as the leader of the ‘We are Robin’ Movement, a vigilante gang inspired by Robin to protect Gotham in the absence of Batman after the events of Batman: Endgame. Following Batman’s return, Duke was taken in as Bruce Wayne’s protégé and became the newest member of the Batman Family as The Signal. Duke is currently a member of the Outsiders.

Duke’s “Ghost Vision” allows him to see the “ghost” of where light was in the past, which gives him a glimpse into the past. He can also use his powers to see where light will be in the future, which allows him to predict his opponent’s next move.
