La Lumière Bleue was a French superhero who is a member of Les Heroes de Paris. Along with his teammates, he teamed up with the Thing to prevent Paris being collapsed by L’Empereur du Monde Souterrain’s machinations.
At some point, Les Héros de Paris vanished, leaving Paris low on super heroes and vulnerable.
