We’re already halfway through January 2025 – time is really flying. At the moment, I’m working on a new story with a brand new protagonist — we’ll see what eventually becomes of it. Not sure at the moment if it will be part of a new series or a standalone project.

Artist Gilbert Monsanto has recently turned in a couple of gorgeous covers for the Dark Society series — I’m looking forward to people reading those books. I’ve written eight (!) of them and we’re still waiting on the first to be released… but it takes time to get things published. I know you get tired of the constant teasing but eventually they’ll be out. Eventually!

I’ve been keeping the blog busy with Icons Assembled writeups lately – if you’re not into those, I apologize, but they’re something that I enjoy and it helps as another creative outlet for me.

Our art today is by Edwin Firmansyah and depicts my character Jupiter — Jupiter made his debut in the second Straw-Man volume and he’ll be a main character in the Dark Society series.
