Background

Blue Moon originally came to Blüdhaven to answer the contract Penguin had put out against Robin. She was instead captured and held by Veteran’s team but Brother Eye’s attack on the metahuman community in Blüdhaven gave her an opportunity to escape.

Blue Moon reappeared in Gotham City under contract from an unknown employer to attack Ragman. Despite roughing up the Tattered Tatterdemalion, he ultimately took her down and his ally the Enchantress assisted in turning her over to the authorities.

She later returned alongside a massive assortment of villains to wage war against the Justice Society, assembled as part of a long-term plan by the Fourth Reich. Blue Moon targeted Power Girl in their clashes, who ended up taking her out even as the first part of the Reich’s plan succeeded.
