REESE UNLIMITED is happy to announce that one of the comic field’s biggest talents over the past 40 years, Mike DeCarlo, has been commissioned to add his talents to the RU Universe of artists.

For you comic nerds, Mike was the inker for one of the most iconic books of the past half century working with writer Jim Starlin, the late Jim Aparo, and Mike Mignola to give fans the 1988 BATMAN: A DEATH IN THE FAMILY story arc. He has also worked with some of the greatest artists of all-time and his talents can be seen on such books as TALES OF THE TEEN TITANS, LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES, CONAN THE BARBARIAN, THE MIGHTY THOR, THE SIMPSONS, and RADIOACTIVE MAN to name just a few.

Mike is an amazing artist and I’m beyond proud to have him depicting Max Davies, the Peregrine. The cover that you see with this post is penciled and inked by Mike, with colors by our old friend, Gilbert Monsanto. Hopefully we’ll see even more RU artwork from Mr. DeCarlo in the future!
