Biography:

An agent of the Seattle F.B.I. office, Porter Scott was chosen to be the Elementals’ governmental liaison. He was also assigned to the F.I.SH. agency once it was formed. After working with the Elementals for several years and becoming close friends with them, he helped them cleanse Philadelphia of a vampire infestation, but when the mission appeared to be over Scott fell victim to the lead vampire Captain Cadaver, and was transformed into one of the undead. Unfortunately, Porter was not shown again in the Elementals comics so we don’t know how he adjusted to his new state of being. Before his transformation, he was shown to be a decent, caring individual so it makes sense that he would try to fight against his more violent instincts.

If you want to play Porter prior to his vampirism, reduce him to Rank 2 and remove the powers he gains from being one of the undead.
