The Adventures of Lazarus Gray Volume II: Die Glocke is currently for sale and the book has just received its first feedback on Amazon.com. This means that David White (aka Doc Panic) has been entered into our drawing for a free, autographed copy of the new edition of The Rook Volume I, coming later this year. If you’d like to be entered, also, just be the next person to submit an Amazon.com review for Die Glocke — it can be positive or negative. As long as you’re one of the first two reviewers on Amazon, you’re entered!
So here’s what Doc Panic had to say about the book:
“Well, after anxiously awaiting this book it didn’t disappoint me. Laz takes on some old foes as well as new, and meets some friends along the way. Barry carries the action from start to finish, leaving you wanting more. The story centers around an ancient bell. I won’t say more, because that would ruin it. The second story brings the Black Terror into play. They meet a new threat and journey to South America for a battle royale in the jungle. Great stuff that I read in two days because I didn’t want to put it down. Highly recommended reading.”
Thanks so much for the review!
Our art for today is by George Sellas and depicts one of the characters from Die Glocke, Prof. Murder. Unfortunately, the image in the book accidentally carries the caption of Doctor Metropolis, who is another character altogether. Nobody’s perfect, especially not me. Still, our simian villain wreaks a good bit of havoc along the way so check it out.
